Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Meal Arena Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the user (“You”, “Your”, “User”) governing Your use of the Chai Chakra mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By downloading, installing, registering on, or using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If You are under 18, You may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that You meet this requirement.

 

2. Account Registration

 

  • To access certain features, You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials.

  • Any activity conducted through Your account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by You.

 

3. Services

 

The Platform enables You to order freshly brewed chai and snacks for delivery from Our kitchens.

  • All orders are subject to availability and serviceable area coverage.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at Our sole discretion.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices listed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, or cash (where available).

  • You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize Us to process payments for orders placed through the Platform.

 

5. User Obligations

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

  • Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

  • Interfere with the security or performance of the Platform.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Platform.

 

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Once an order is confirmed, it may not be cancelled except in cases where allowed by Our policies.

  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with Our Refund Policy (available on the Platform).

  • We reserve the right to issue refunds only where deemed appropriate.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, recipes, and designs, are the exclusive property of Evermeal Private Limited and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without Our prior written consent.

 

8. Privacy

 

Your use of the Platform is governed by Our Privacy Policy, which explains how We collect, use, and protect Your information. By using the Platform, You consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Platform.

  • Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform shall be limited to the amount You paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

 

10. Indemnity

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evermeal Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from Your use of the Platform, Your breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

 

11. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.

 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

 

13. Modifications

 

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after such changes constitutes Your acceptance.
